2.1 Booking Process: To book a tour with Cherry Holidays, you must complete the booking form and provide the necessary information, including personal details and travel preferences.
2.2 Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from Cherry Holidays. This email will include details of your tour, including dates, itinerary, and payment information.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The amount and terms of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking.
3.2 Full Payment: Full payment must be made by the due date specified in your confirmation email. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
3.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Cherry Holidays in writing. Cancellation fees may apply as follows:

4.3 Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [X] business days of cancellation. The mode of refund will be the same as the original payment method.
5. Changes to Your Booking
5.1 Change Requests: If you wish to make changes to your booking, such as altering dates or itinerary, you must notify us in writing. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the changes.

6.2 Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected events during your trip. Cherry Holidays is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to lack of insurance.
7. Responsibilities and Liability
7.1 Tour Itinerary: Cherry Holidays makes every effort to ensure that the itinerary is as described. However, we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
7.2 Liability: Cherry Holidays is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, travel delays, or changes in local regulations.
8. Code of Conduct
8.1 Behavior: You agree to behave responsibly and respectfully during the tour. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in immediate termination of your tour without refund.
8.2 Compliance: You must comply with all local laws and regulations during your tour. Cherry Holidays is not responsible for any legal issues arising from your actions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.
